What are you up to this weekend? I’m heading to NYC this afternoon and am very excited about it!! I’m looking forward to dinners at Blue Hill and The Fat Radish, as well as a facial at HeyDay, and a non-toxic manicure at TenOverTen. You can’t beat a weekend with that agenda!

Here’s What I’ve Been Making This Week

Eating at Altitude’s Spring Roll Salad — And boy was it GOOD. I brought leftovers to work today and I definitely will not have a #saddesklunch. 

I also ate a hodgepodge of leftovers this week and realized 1/2 a roasted sweet potato + 1/2 avocado + spring mix salad greens + chicken meatballs + buffalo sauce is a great combo. Try it!

Honey Mama’s Chocolate — Oh. My. Goodness. So good. I tried my first bar about a week ago and proceeded to eat the whole thing on my way home. It’s allergen-free and so delicious. (Even Mr. CK had some and liked it; that’s always the true test in my home!) I wondered if he’d notice if I ordered a case…
