Happy Friday! IT’S MOVING WEEK, Y’ALL! Mr. CK and I been waiting all summer for this week and it’s finally here. Our lives are about to be a little bit here, there, and everywhere.

Tonight we’re starting the moving process by moving out of our apartment. We’ll be staying with friends for the next several weeks while we wait for our house to be ready. Then it’s go-time, people. More details to come!

Our menu this week has consisted of whatever we can find to make a meal. But if I wasn’t in the process of cleaning out my fridge, I would have made these fish tacos and this summer sauce. Oh, and these spritzes. Instead, I made margaritas and ate weird food combos.
