Treat yo’self with body moisturizers

I don’t have any fine leather goods to offer you. (Actually, I might… another post for another time.) But I do have some body moisturizers to tell you about!

(In case you need help with the reference in the title of this post or the reference to fine leather goods, please watch this clip and then come back to this post. Treat yo’self.)

A few weeks ago I paid a visit to Follain in Union Market. If you are local to the DC area, you need to check out this shop ASAP. It’s a great place to test green beauty makeup options and skin care products. Their DC store director is also great with makeup and she’d be happy to help you find a makeup product that works for you!

At Follain, I asked the store director for a few body moisturizer options. In my post about making the switch to natural beauty products, I neglected to mention some of my favorites. Admittedly, I still use Aveeno from time to time but I’m trying to use up a huge bottle I have before I buy something else!

Anyway, on to my favorites from Follain

Tammy Fender Lavender Body Oil

If you like the smell of lavender and want a luxurious post-shower body oil, the Tammy Fender lavender body oil is for you. This oil is a mix of 5 oils and that’s it. A little definitely goes a long way so I’m sure this bottle will last awhile.

Rahua Body Lotion

I’ve used a few of Rahua’s hair care products in the past and I really like the line. The Rahua body lotion is great for everyday use and it’s very light. It also smells faintly like vanilla but isn’t overwhelming.

Osea Anti-Aging Body Balm

This Osea Anti-Aging Body Balm is definitely my favorite of this bunch. It’s like a mix between a lotion and an oil.

A few of my other favorites:

You can find most of these at Follain in Union Market. You can also find lots of other goodies so definitely check it out and let me know what you get!
