This week flew by! My week also felt very full so there was little time for reading things around the Internet. And admittedly, I’ve been doing a deep dive into the benefits of an Apple Watch vs. a Fitbit so I’ve been a little bit distracted. Oops. Any advice for me?!

This weekend, I’m heading to my church’s women’s retreat, about 45 minutes away from where I live. The weather isn’t supposed to be great but I’m looking forward to a lowkey weekend to just “be.” I’m also excited about grabbing Sweetgreen for dinner tonight! It’s the little things, really.
