January Beauty Favorites
Dr. Bronner’s Liquid Castille Soap
I love this soap. It’s definitely my go-to body wash. And it comes in tons of sizes: 2 oz (perfect for travel), 8 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz, and 64 oz if you’re really into it. There are several scents. I love the lavender, citrus, peppermint, and unscented (shown here). The lavender is my go-to all year-round whereas I love the peppermint, especially in the summer.
RMS Beauty Ultimate Makeup Remover Wipes
As you know, I was traveling last week and I love packing these wipes for trips. They’re easy to use on the road and they remove makeup, including mascara, like a dream. You just have to warm it up in your hands before you pull it out of the package so that the coconut oil gets nice and creamy.
Cocokind Skincare My Matcha Moisture Stick
This Matcha Stick was a new find for me and I’m obsessed with it. They’re currently sold out but coming back very soon! I use this under my eyes or on dry spots for extra moisture. It’s super versatile. This is another great travel buddy as it’s so easy to pack and you don’t have to worry about stuffing it in your carry-on bag. With just three ingredients, it’s also super clean. Win win win.
Bottega Organica Eye Illuminate Cream
I’m hesitant to write about this eye cream for two reasons: 1) It’s not cheap. 2) I just read it won’t be available again until this summer! But, in keeping with the theme of the post, it was one of my January Beauty Faves. I’ve been trying to be better about applying eye cream both at night and in the morning and this is the one I’ve reached for most frequently. It disappears into your skin so quickly making it a nice base for make-up.
Hynt Mascara
This was another newer find for me but the green beauty world has been raving about it for awhile. Now I know what all the hype is about! This mascara lengthens and pumps up your lashes, it’s a great all-around mascara. Maybe my new favorite mascara ever?
Root Beauty Blush and Bronzer
I’ve written about these before too, but they’ve been some of my go-to’s this month. The blush is My Girl and the bronzer is Spiced. I love the packaging of these, it makes it really easy to apply. Just swipe your brush through the pan, apply, and go.
