2017 Crunchy Kat Healthy Gift Guide

It’s that time of year again!! The month between Thanksgiving and Christmas always seems to fly by and Christmas will be here before we know it. I hope you’re as excited as I am about this round-up.

2017 Crunchy Kat Healthy Gift Guide

But first, a confession.

I know, I know. Black Friday and Cyber Monday have come and gone. But I still wanted to put this guide together for you. It’s been nagging at me for weeks. And in the effort of full disclosure, I also wanted an excuse to browse the interwebs for gifts that I might want to buy myself. Kidding! (Not really…)

So just in case you’re still stumped for what to get your healthy friend, sister, or coworker, hopefully, these suggestions will help.

Let’s get into it!

Beauty Finds

Comfort and Joy Lavender Body Oil — Super affordable and so moisturizing. Plus the owner of this company is such a dear. (Read my full review here.)

Hynt Beauty Mascara — If you’ve been following for awhile, you know it’s my favorite mascara! (Read my review here.)

Josh Rosebrook Cacao Mask — I can’t say enough good things about this baby. It’s my all-time favorite mask!

Sundays Nail Polish No. 2 — Looking for the perfect nude for your nails? Bingo.

Varnish Lane Cuticle Oil — This is perfect for winter, or really anytime! Probably something someone wouldn’t buy themselves making it a great gift.

Home

Vitamix Ascent Blender — My Vitamix is my favorite thing in the world. Definitely one of the top 3 items I’d need if I were stranded on an island. (Who cares about the power I’d need? It’s a hypothetical question anyway.)

Sprouted Kitchen Bowl & Spoon — I received this cookbook as a gift last year and I love it.

Bodega Medium Glass Tumblers — I (not so) secretly want to get rid of all my glassware and trade it for these tumblers. I love the design.

Bodega Small Glass Tumblers — And I want to serve wine out of these. So European. (I hope my husband isn’t reading this.)

Silo Ceramic Tumbler — Can you tell I have a beverage obsession? Bevvie queen for life.

Lodge Cast Iron — A great gift for anyone who has everything but is somehow missing a cast iron skillet.

Hotel Spa Robe — Who doesn’t want a nice, plush robe for Christmas? It’s also so affordable!

Foodies

Eating Evolved Almond Sea Salt Bar — Love, love, love this chocolate bar. One of my faves. (Use code “katdtmt” for a free gift with your order!)
Eating Evolved Roasted Coconut Butter — Eat it by the spoonful. Enough said. (Use code “katdtmt” for a free gift with your order!)
Vital Proteins Dark Chocolate and Blackberry Collagen Powder — You’ve likely heard me talk about Vital Proteins more than you care to remember. But this is hands down my favorite protein powder.

Maple Syrup — This organic maple syrup is the real deal and at a great price.
